Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by trip, destination and season, and are shared in writing with every itinerary before you confirm. As a rule of thumb: the earlier you cancel, the higher the refund; amounts already committed to hotels, transport and permits may be non-refundable.

The complete cancellation & refund policy is being finalised and will be published here before bookings open. For a specific trip, your confirmed itinerary document is the authoritative version.
