Day 1Arrival in Almaty
- Arrival in Almaty — Leisure & City Exploration
- Arrive at Almaty International Airport.
- Meet your driver and transfer to the hotel.
- Check in and relax after your journey.
- Evening at leisure to explore nearby cafés, restaurants or shopping areas.
- Overnight: Almaty
Day 2Almaty City Tour & Kok Tobe
- Almaty City Tour
- Visit Panfilov Park and the colourful Zenkov Cathedral.
- Explore Republic Square and other prominent city landmarks.
- Visit Green Bazaar for local shopping and regional specialities.
- In the evening, visit Kok Tobe Hill and enjoy panoramic city views, subject to cable car operations.
- Overnight: Almaty
Day 3Medeu & Shymbulak Mountain Resort
- Drive to Medeu, the famous high-altitude skating complex.
- Continue to Shymbulak Mountain Resort.
- Enjoy cable car rides and spectacular mountain scenery, subject to operating schedules.
- Spend time exploring the resort and enjoying optional mountain activities.
- Return to Almaty in the evening.
- Overnight: Almaty
Day 4Charyn Canyon, Kolsai Lake & Saty Village
- Almaty → Charyn Canyon → Kaindy Lake → Saty Village
- Early morning departure from Almaty.
- Explore Charyn Canyon and the Valley of Castles.
- Continue towards Saty village.
- Transfer by suitable 4x4 vehicle to Kaindy Lake.
- Explore the submerged forest and lake viewpoints.
- Return to Saty for dinner and overnight stay at a local guesthouse.
- Overnight: Saty village
Day 5Kaindy Lake & Return to AlmatY
- Breakfast at the guesthouse.
- Visit Kolsai Lake and enjoy the mountain scenery.
- Spend time walking along the lakeside or enjoying optional activities.
- Return to Saty for lunch, subject to the schedule.
- Stop at the Black Canyon viewpoint, if time and road conditions permit.
- Drive back to Almaty and transfer to your hotel.
- Overnight: Almaty
Day 6Departure from Almaty
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Check out and transfer to Almaty International Airport.
- Board your return flight with wonderful memories of Kazakhstan.

Our Japan trip was an amazing experience from start to finish. The planning and arrangements were handled very smoothly, and the overall itinerary gave us a great mix of cities, culture, food and experiences. Osaka was one of my personal highlights. The food scene, atmosphere and energy of the city were fantastic. Tokyo was equally impressive in its own way, especially with its incredible public transport, neighbourhoods and sheer scale. Kyoto was beautiful and offered a completely different experience with its temples, traditional streets and cultural charm. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of rain during our time there, so I definitely feel there is more of Kyoto left to explore — which gives me a good reason to come back! The Shinkansen experience was another major highlight. Travelling between cities was comfortable, efficient and an experience in itself. Japan's public transport system is genuinely impressive and made exploring the country extremely convenient. The food was another big part of the trip. From ramen to exploring different local dishes, Japan gave us plenty of memorable food experiences. 🍜 What also stood out was how helpful and polite people were throughout the trip, along with the incredible cleanliness everywhere we went. Overall, Japan was a fantastic experience and one of those trips that leaves you feeling that you haven't seen enough and need to come back again. ❤️🇯🇵 A big thank you to Shaaz for helping make the trip so smooth and memorable. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Japan!
