Day 1ARRIVAL IN ALMATY | KOK TOBE EXPERIENCE
- Welcome to Kazakhstan! Upon arrival in Almaty, complete immigration formalities and meet our local representative. Transfer to the hotel and check in. After lunch, proceed to the famous Kok Tobe Hill, one of Almaty's most iconic attractions offering spectacular panoramic views of the city and the majestic Tian Shan Mountains

Day 2SHYMBULAK MOUNTAIN RESORT GREEN BAZAAR – ARBAT STREET

Important Notes
- There will NOT be any luggage handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach, Hotels and Airport. Passengers will have to handle their own luggage.
- You are allowed only to carry 23 KGS of main luggage and 07 KGS hand luggage with yourself during flight journey & in the coach. Passengers having excess check-in baggage are liable to pay excess baggage charges by themselves directly at the airport & airline authorities. For any baggage loss or damage during the tour shall be borne by the passenger.
- Airfare & Visa is non-refundable.
- Any service from hotels, airlines, visas etc. is not the responsibility of the tour operator. The company won't be responsible in case of any airline delay or deficiency. In case passengers wish to travel in advance or stay back and return later after the completion of the tour, the tourist is liable to pay an additional amount (to be advised as per availability) per change prior to the departure. If the tourist wants to make any change in plan on tour, then all the arrangements must be done by the tourist itself. During the trip, for any reason, if you wish to return to India / your hometown, the entire cost to return will be borne by the passenger and no refund will be granted.
- Hotels/Airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided. In case visas are refused by the respective embassy or consulate, re-application fees and charges have to be paid by the clients.
- Hotel Check-Ins is 1500 hrs & Check-Out is 1000 hrs. Any early check-in or late check-out at hotels will not be entertained.
- All other terms and conditions including cancellation charges will be applicable as per booking.
- In case of any imposed tax by the Government of India over and above the proposed taxes, then the tourist will be liable to pay even after the bookings have been done.
- If passenger cancels due to personal reason, then cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned.
- The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary anytime depending on the availability and situation without prior notice.
- No refund will be granted for any unused services. If any activity or sightseeing is missed, no refunds will be provided. Any delays caused by passengers will disturb the schedule and cause inconvenience to the entire group. Any loss or damage during the activity will be borne by the passengers. Instructions given by the tour leader should be followed by all passengers. Activities are nonrefundable and subject to weather conditions.
- The tour operator is a tour and holiday organizer only. The company does not control any airline, shipping company, coach operator or supplier of any service or facilities. Therefore, the company is not responsible for any lapse or defects in the services of such service providers.
- All passengers must follow the instructions of the Tour Leader. If any passenger carries high-value items on the coach, they are advised not to leave them behind when leaving the coach. All baggage and personal belongings are at all times the passenger's own responsibility. The Tour Company / Tour Leader will not be responsible for any loss of items from the coach or hotel. Any damages caused shall be payable by passengers themselves.
- All optional sightseeing activities are subject to availability at the time of booking the tour.
- It is presumed that tourists who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary and are medically fit for the tour. In case of any health emergency or any other related issue, the guest shall be solely responsible for making their own arrangements. The company cannot be held responsible for any health-related issues of the passengers.
- Before hotel check-out, please ensure to take your luggage and belongings with you. The company is not responsible for any loss, left-out items, or theft.

Our Japan trip was an amazing experience from start to finish. The planning and arrangements were handled very smoothly, and the overall itinerary gave us a great mix of cities, culture, food and experiences. Osaka was one of my personal highlights. The food scene, atmosphere and energy of the city were fantastic. Tokyo was equally impressive in its own way, especially with its incredible public transport, neighbourhoods and sheer scale. Kyoto was beautiful and offered a completely different experience with its temples, traditional streets and cultural charm. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of rain during our time there, so I definitely feel there is more of Kyoto left to explore — which gives me a good reason to come back! The Shinkansen experience was another major highlight. Travelling between cities was comfortable, efficient and an experience in itself. Japan's public transport system is genuinely impressive and made exploring the country extremely convenient. The food was another big part of the trip. From ramen to exploring different local dishes, Japan gave us plenty of memorable food experiences. 🍜 What also stood out was how helpful and polite people were throughout the trip, along with the incredible cleanliness everywhere we went. Overall, Japan was a fantastic experience and one of those trips that leaves you feeling that you haven't seen enough and need to come back again. ❤️🇯🇵 A big thank you to Shaaz for helping make the trip so smooth and memorable. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Japan!
