Day 1Arrival in Da Nang – City Exploration & Nightlife

Day 2Ba Na Hills– Golden Bridge & Cable Car

- Transfer to Ba Na Hills for a full-day excursion.

- Explore the French Village, beautiful gardens and Fantasy Park.

- Vietnam Visa: Indian passport holders require a valid visa before travelling to Vietnam. Apply through the official Vietnam e-Visa portal and check that all details match your passport and travel dates.
- Visa Processing: Apply well in advance, as processing times may vary. Visa approval is subject to the immigration authorities.
- SIC Transfers: SIC means Seat-in-Coach, or shared transfers with other travellers. Pickup times and locations are fixed, and waiting time may apply.
- Missed Pickup: If you miss a scheduled SIC pickup, an alternative transfer may involve additional charges.
- Hotel Check-in: Standard check-in is generally from 2:00 PM, subject to hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out may cost extra.
- Ba Na Hills: Cable car access and attractions depend on the selected ticket. Weather may affect outdoor experiences.
- Paragliding: This activity is subject to weather, safety conditions, operator availability and additional charges unless specifically included.
- Cham Islands: Boat trips, swimming and snorkelling are subject to sea conditions and the selected tour package. Excursions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to bad weather.
- VinWonders Nam Hoi An: The visit on Day 5 depends on your flight schedule. Allow sufficient time for the airport transfer and check-in.

What is an SIC transfer?
SIC stands for Seat-in-Coach. It is a shared transfer where you travel with other passengers. Pickup timings and designated meeting points must be followed.
What happens if I miss my SIC pickup?
You may need to arrange an alternative transfer at an additional cost. Please reach the pickup point on time.
Is airport pickup included?
Airport pickup and departure transfers are included only if specified in your confirmed package. Please check your final quotation for transfer details.
Is the Ba Na Hills cable car included?
The cable car and selected attractions are included only as specified in your confirmed ticket or package.
Is paragliding included in the package?
Paragliding at Son Tra Peninsula is subject to availability and weather conditions. Any additional charges will be confirmed before booking.
Can I go snorkelling at Cham Islands?
Yes, subject to sea conditions and the selected tour. Snorkelling equipment and other activities should be confirmed in advance.
Can I visit VinWonders Nam Hoi An before my departure?
Yes, if your flight schedule allows sufficient time. For early flights, we recommend visiting on another day or skipping the attraction to avoid rushing.
Are meals included?

Can the itinerary change due to weather?

Our Japan trip was an amazing experience from start to finish. The planning and arrangements were handled very smoothly, and the overall itinerary gave us a great mix of cities, culture, food and experiences. Osaka was one of my personal highlights. The food scene, atmosphere and energy of the city were fantastic. Tokyo was equally impressive in its own way, especially with its incredible public transport, neighbourhoods and sheer scale. Kyoto was beautiful and offered a completely different experience with its temples, traditional streets and cultural charm. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of rain during our time there, so I definitely feel there is more of Kyoto left to explore — which gives me a good reason to come back! The Shinkansen experience was another major highlight. Travelling between cities was comfortable, efficient and an experience in itself. Japan's public transport system is genuinely impressive and made exploring the country extremely convenient. The food was another big part of the trip. From ramen to exploring different local dishes, Japan gave us plenty of memorable food experiences. 🍜 What also stood out was how helpful and polite people were throughout the trip, along with the incredible cleanliness everywhere we went. Overall, Japan was a fantastic experience and one of those trips that leaves you feeling that you haven't seen enough and need to come back again. ❤️🇯🇵 A big thank you to Shaaz for helping make the trip so smooth and memorable. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Japan!
