Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu – Explore Thamel Nightlife
- Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, where you will be received and transferred to your hotel. Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM, subject to the property's policy.
- After check-in and some time to relax, head to Thamel, Kathmandu’s popular tourist district, known for its vibrant streets, local shops, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife.
- Explore the area at your own pace, enjoy local food, or visit entertainment venues and casinos according to your preferences and applicable entry requirements.
- A one-way group drop to the Thamel area is arranged as per the package. Return transportation after your evening out is not included unless confirmed separately.
- Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2Chandragiri Hills, Pashupatinath Temple & Boudhanath Stupa
- After breakfast, begin exploring Kathmandu’s cultural and spiritual landmarks.
- Visit Chandragiri Hills, where you can enjoy a scenic cable-car ride and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The cable-car ticket is included as per the referenced package.
- Continue to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Experience the spiritual atmosphere of this important pilgrimage site.
- Later, visit Boudhanath Stupa, a major Buddhist landmark surrounded by monasteries, prayer wheels, and traditional shops.
- For an extraordinary experience, you may opt for an Everest Mountain Flight, offering aerial views of the Himalayan range. This activity is optional and available at an additional cost.
- Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 3Kathmandu to Pokhara – Manakamana Temple & Optional River Rafting
- After breakfast, depart for Pokhara by road, travelling through Nepal’s scenic landscapes. The journey generally takes around 6–8 hours, depending on traffic, road conditions, and stops.
- En route, you may opt to visit Manakamana Temple, a revered Hindu shrine accessible by cable car. The cable-car ride and temple visit are optional and payable separately unless specifically included.
- Depending on the schedule and operating conditions, you may also opt for a river rafting experience.
- Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in to your hotel and relax after the journey. You can explore the lakeside area independently or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the city.
- Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 4Pokhara Sightseeing & Adventure Experiences
- After breakfast, explore some of Pokhara’s popular natural attractions.
- Visit Devi’s Fall, a fascinating waterfall where the water disappears into an underground channel. Continue to Gupteshwor Cave, known for its limestone formations and underground passages.
- Next, discover Seti Gorge, a remarkable natural formation carved by the Seti River.
- For additional adventure, you can opt for activities such as river rafting or boating on Phewa Lake, subject to availability and weather conditions. These activities are payable separately unless mentioned in your confirmed package.
- Spend the remainder of the day exploring Pokhara’s lakeside area or relaxing at the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 5Pokhara to Kathmandu by Flight – Nagarkot & Rani Jhula
- After breakfast, check out and transfer for your scheduled domestic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
- On arrival, continue towards Nagarkot, a popular hill station known for its peaceful surroundings and scenic Himalayan views on clear days.
- Enjoy the mountain atmosphere and visit Rani Jhula, as per the confirmed itinerary and local conditions.
- Nagarkot offers a relaxing change of pace after the sightseeing and adventure experiences of Kathmandu and Pokhara.
- Check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Nagarkot.
Day 6Departure from Kathmandu
- After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey.
- The drive from Nagarkot to the airport may take approximately 1.5 hours or longer, depending on traffic and road conditions. Plan your departure accordingly and allow sufficient time for airport reporting.

Our Japan trip was an amazing experience from start to finish. The planning and arrangements were handled very smoothly, and the overall itinerary gave us a great mix of cities, culture, food and experiences. Osaka was one of my personal highlights. The food scene, atmosphere and energy of the city were fantastic. Tokyo was equally impressive in its own way, especially with its incredible public transport, neighbourhoods and sheer scale. Kyoto was beautiful and offered a completely different experience with its temples, traditional streets and cultural charm. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of rain during our time there, so I definitely feel there is more of Kyoto left to explore — which gives me a good reason to come back! The Shinkansen experience was another major highlight. Travelling between cities was comfortable, efficient and an experience in itself. Japan's public transport system is genuinely impressive and made exploring the country extremely convenient. The food was another big part of the trip. From ramen to exploring different local dishes, Japan gave us plenty of memorable food experiences. 🍜 What also stood out was how helpful and polite people were throughout the trip, along with the incredible cleanliness everywhere we went. Overall, Japan was a fantastic experience and one of those trips that leaves you feeling that you haven't seen enough and need to come back again. ❤️🇯🇵 A big thank you to Shaaz for helping make the trip so smooth and memorable. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Japan!
